Female Entrepreneurs in Armenia to Receive Major Grants: Launch of the 3rd Phase of «She's Next» Initiative

Visa, a global leader in digital payments, announces the launch of the third wave of the «She's Next, Empowered by Visa» global initiative in Armenia. The program is implemented in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and supported by the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU), which serves as the initiative's operational partner in Armenia.

New Competition Format and Deadlines

This year, for the first time, the project will be conducted in a dynamic "Elevator Pitch" competition format. This will allow participants to confidently present their business ideas within a tight timeframe—a crucial skill for attracting investment and securing new partners.

The application process begins today, January 12, 2026, and will continue until January 31. The opportunity to participate is open to female entrepreneurs from all regions of Armenia who own at least 51% of their business and have more than one year of operational experience.

Training and Prize Fund

The top 10 participants, selected by an independent jury, will undergo comprehensive training courses organized by the EBRD, deepening their practical skills in finance, marketing, and pitching.

At the conclusion of the competition, three winners will be selected to receive development grants in the following amounts:

  1. 1st Place: 2 000 000 AMD
  2. 2nd Place: 1 800 000 AMD
  3. 3rd Place: 1 600 000 AMD

Interested candidates can review the rules and complete the online application by January 31.
