User Agreement for AFM

  1. General Provisions

    1. AFM offers Internet users (hereinafter referred to as "User") to use its services under the terms set forth in this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The Agreement takes effect once the User expresses their consent to its terms as provided in clause 1.4 of this Agreement.
    2. AFM provides Users access to a wide range of financial services, including loan, mortgage, and deposit product selection and other financial services (hereinafter referred to as "Services").
    3. The use of Services is governed by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. AFM may amend this Agreement without special notice to the Users. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect once posted on the AFM website.
    4. By using the AFM Services or registering, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the User disagrees with the terms, they must stop using the Services.

  2. User Registration and Account

    1. To use certain Services, the User must register, resulting in the creation of a unique account.
    2. The User is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration. AFM reserves the right to block or delete an account if false information is provided.
    3. The User is responsible for securing their account credentials. If unauthorized access occurs, the User must notify Customer Support immediately.
    4. The User is liable for all actions performed under their account.

  3. General Terms of Use

    1. AFM may impose restrictions on the use of Services for all or certain Users, including access to specific functions.
    2. AFM may send informational and promotional messages to Users, which can be disabled via the User’s account settings.
    3. AFM may collect feedback from Users to improve its services and may use collected data for statistical purposes.
    4. AFM may require verification of the data provided by the User during registration.

  4. Terms of Service Use

    1. The User is responsible for their actions when using the Services and must comply with all applicable laws.
    2. The User may not share illegal, harmful, offensive content or use the Services to distribute spam.
    3. AFM is not obligated to monitor all content shared by Users but reserves the right to remove content that violates the Agreement.

  5. Intellectual Property and Content

    1. All materials available on AFM (design, text, images, videos, etc.) are the intellectual property of AFM or other rights holders.
    2. Use of content is allowed only within the functionality of the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, preserving copyright.
    3. By posting a review, the User grants AFM a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use it without any time limit.

  6. Third-Party Sites and Content

    1. AFM may contain links to third-party websites. AFM is not responsible for the content or services provided on these websites.
    2. A link to a third-party website does not imply an endorsement of its products or services by AFM.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    1. The Services are provided "as is", and AFM makes no guarantees that they will meet the User's expectations.
    2. AFM is not responsible for any losses caused by the use of the Services, except as required by law.
    3. AFM's liability is limited to 10,000 AMD in cases of proven fault.

  8. Data Processing and Protection

    1. AFM undertakes to process Users' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Armenian law.
    2. AFM takes all necessary measures to protect Users' personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
    3. The User consents to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data to provide the Services.

  9. Platform Access and Availability

    1. AFM does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation of the platform and reserves the right to suspend service for maintenance or updates.
    2. AFM is not liable for losses due to temporary unavailability of the platform or its services.

  10. Loyalty Programs and Promotions

    1. AFM may offer loyalty programs, bonuses, or special promotions, which are governed by separate terms and conditions.
    2. AFM reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions without prior notice.

  11. Third-Party API Access and Integrations

    1. AFM may provide API access to financial institutions for integrations, which are governed by separate agreements.
    2. AFM is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data provided by third parties through API.

  12. Responsibility for Third-Party Actions

    1. AFM is not liable for actions of banks or financial institutions offering their products on the platform.
    2. All decisions regarding financial services are made directly by financial institutions, and AFM does not influence these decisions.

  13. Final Provisions

    1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. All disputes arising from the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Armenian law.
    2. AFM may amend this Agreement at any time, and the User is responsible for reviewing the changes.
    3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
    4. AFM's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of its rights.
