A closed award ceremony for banking sector leaders will take place in Yerevan

On 18 August 2026, DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre will host a private presentation of the Customer Choice Index 2026 — a study conducted by the international consulting firm InteriseGroup. The study focuses on the quality of customer experience in Armenian banks across online and offline channels.

As part of the research, experts carried out over 299 mystery purchases via online and offline channels of 15 banks. They assessed the Armenian banking market against 10 key criteria covering the entire customer journey — from the first contact with a bank to branch service. The study results will be unveiled for the first time, and a dedicated part of the event will be the award ceremony for banks demonstrating the strongest customer service.

At the event, industry experts will:

1. identify bottlenecks — the stages where customers drop off due to inconveniences or gaps between channels;
2. share global best practices from leading banks that have a real impact on profitability;
3. provide tailored recommendations for each bank upon request.

The event will be held as a closed meeting for top management of the banking sector.
