International Customer Experience Conference to Be Held in Yerevan for the First Time

On March 25-26, 2026, Yerevan will host its first international conference dedicated to Customer Experience (CX). The two-day event will take place at 4 Aram Street, bringing together experts from Armenia and Europe.
According to Agenda.ge, the conference program includes presentations by international specialists, panel discussions, and a practical masterclass on implementing CX strategies in business.
