About the role
We’re looking for a Head of Credit Products who will be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date status of credit product information published on AFM. In this role, you will build the processes for collecting and verifying data, work directly with banks, and oversee the development of the credit products section on the AFM website and mobile app.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure AFM’s credit product information for Armenian banks is always up to date.
- Set up and manage the process for receiving, verifying, and updating data, including fees, terms, commissions, and required documents.
- Manage and configure AI agents.
- Communicate with representatives of banks, the Central Bank of Armenia, credit bureaus, and relevant industry organizations.
- Collaborate internally with the editorial team, designers, and product team.
- Review data for accuracy and completeness before publication on the AFM website and mobile app.
- Contribute to product development: improve comparison logic, filters, and section structure.
Requirements
- Strong Russian and Armenian; English at B2 level or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in a bank, credit institution, or a role directly related to credit products.
- Solid understanding of how credit products and financial services work.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Experience with product documentation, pricing/fee schedules, or product analytics is a plus.

- Office-based in Yerevan or remote, depending on qualifications.

To strengthen our brand’s visual communication, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can create modern, clean, easy-to-understand design for our website, articles, social media, and product interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Create visual assets for the AFM website (banners, infographics, UI elements).
- Design illustrations and graphics for articles, financial product cards, and educational guides.
- Produce visuals for social media content and advertising campaigns.
- Prepare presentations and visual materials for partners and internal projects.
- Collaborate closely with the editorial, marketing, and product teams.
- Maintain and develop AFM’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Strong Russian and Armenian; English at B2 level or higher.
- Confident skills in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Strong sense of composition, attention to detail, and high visual standards.
- Understanding of digital design: landing pages, banners, grid systems, and UI components.
- A portfolio is required (Behance, Dribbble, or PDF).
- Experience in fintech, media, or product companies is a plus.
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, visually clean layouts.

About the role
AFM is Armenia’s largest independent platform focused on financial products. We create clear reviews of banking services, comparisons, step-by-step guides, and rankings to help users find the best options.
We’re looking for a Content Manager responsible for publishing, structuring, and updating content – from articles and product cards to UI copy and translations. This role is for someone who enjoys keeping information organized and takes full ownership of content quality.
Key responsibilities
- Publish articles, reviews, and bank product cards in the CMS.
- Organize and maintain data: pricing/fee schedules, terms, program descriptions, commissions, and requirements.
- Update and verify product information together with editors and team leads.
- Work closely with the SEO specialist: adjust headings, meta tags, and page structure.
- Prepare tables, lists, and side-by-side comparisons.
- Manage visual assets: brief designers, upload images, and check quality.
- Ensure formatting, links, and internal linking are correct.
- Support the content plan: track statuses, deadlines, and maintain documentation.
- Participate in content localization (Russian, Armenian, English) when needed.
Requirements
- Strong Russian and Armenian; English at B2 level or higher.
- Experience working with a CMS (Tilda, WordPress, in-house systems, or similar tools).
- Strong attention to structure, detail, and numbers.
- Basic understanding of SEO or willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience working with large datasets and tables.
- Ability to follow guidelines and maintain a consistent content style.
- Knowledge of finance is a plus, but the key requirement is the ability to learn fast and dive into the topic.
