On November 11–12, 2025, the International PLUS Forum “FinnoWay Armenia 2025” will take place in Yerevan with the support of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. The event will become one of the largest industry platforms in the South Caucasus, bringing together experts in finance, digital transformation, fintech, and innovation technologies.


The forum is organized by PLUS Group in cooperation with the national payment system Armenian Card.


Key Topics and Mission of the Forum


FinnoWay Armenia focuses on the development of the digital economy, AI implementation in the financial sector, open banking interfaces (Open API), and innovative approaches in banking and e-government services.


The main mission of the forum is to:


  1. foster technological cooperation between the state and business,
  2. promote innovation, and
  3. strengthen entrepreneurial initiatives across the region.


“FinnoWay Armenia creates a unique platform for dialogue between government, business, and the IT sector. This event will serve as a catalyst for new partnerships and investments that will accelerate Armenia’s digital transformation,”

said Konstantin Grizov, Co-Chairman of the PLUS Forum Organizing Committee.

The forum will bring together representatives of government agencies and regulators, top managers of banks, fintech companies, IT parks, and international corporations.

Startups, Innovation and Business Program


A special section of the forum – the Startup Alley, will feature innovative projects ready for scaling and investment.

Participants will also enjoy several thematic zones, including aerospace zone, virtual Reality (VR) area, chess lounge, table tennis zone


These spaces are designed for informal networking and building new business connections.

The business program opens on November 11 at 10:00 a.m. and continues through November 12.

  1. Free offline access is granted to employees of banks, insurance and microfinance institutions, retail companies, as well as students and startups from Armenia, Georgia, and Central Asian countries.
