Certificate of ownership of the acquired property
Identification documents of the co-owners of the acquired property, and their marriage certificate, in case of marriage,
A certificate from the passport department about the registered persons in the apartment, apartment building or mansion being purchased,
Certificate from the applicant's place of work on the average monthly income for the last 12 months,
Documents confirming ownership of the property offered as collateral.
The validity period of the documents at the time of submission should not exceed 15 days.
