Loans are granted to individuals for the purpose of acquiring residential real estate (with an 80% or higher completion rate) for permanent residence |

Documents required after loan approval: A certificate from the State Cadastre Committee under the Government of the Republic of Armenia stating that the property has not been pledged or is not under another type of arrest Real estate valuation certificate provided by independent appraisal companies cooperating with the Bank Identity cards of property owners In the case of sellers who are legal entities, the decision of the authorized body on the sale of property, the passport of the person carrying out the transaction, the INN, the certificate of state registration of the Republic of Armenia and the charter |
