Armenia to Receive $80k for Ministry of Finance Capacity Building: Government Approves Agreement

The Government of Armenia has approved the signing of a supplementary agreement under a technical assistance program aimed at developing the professional competencies of Ministry of Finance employees.


The funding, provided by the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD), allocates $80,000 for training seminars and professional development for the Ministry's executive staff.


The decision was officially adopted on March 26. The project is being implemented with the support of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) as part of the "Capacity Development of the Leadership of the Ministry of Finance of Armenia" program.


This is an investment in the quality of the country's fiscal management. The program focuses on upgrading staff qualifications and integrating modern approaches into budget management.
